Hi everyone,
I know in our last update we mentioned that we were hoping to ship Fluora units out last week, and that I would send another update when we knew more about our shipping timeline. Unfortunately we still have not shipped out our units.
We do still have one software issue we are fixing and testing thoroughly before we ship units out. Our apologies this has taken longer than usual.
The units are 95% done (just waiting for software to be loaded onto the PCBs and final packaging for the pot box), and all of our shipping labels have been created. Here are some more pictures of our final assembly below:
We’ve also released video instructions of how to set Fluora up and use our mobile app. There will be an instruction manual included with the project as well! You can see the videos on our website here: https://www.ledhouseplant.com/setting-up-fluora
Emails from UPS will not come until we start shipping, and I will let everyone know with our updates when that time comes.

Hi everyone!
I’m pleased to share that we have received the Fluora container and all components safely! We are currently doing some final package and software testing. All of the hardware is looking amazing and we’re so excited about how everything has come together! We will send another update when we know more about our shipping timeline, but it is looking like units will go out next week.
Below are some pics of our final stint of packaging and assembly - we’ll send an update in the next couple days to confirm shipping!
All units in the USA and Canada will be shipped with UPS, and you will receive email confirmations with tracking numbers from UPS directly - with the email you used to purchase the Fluora with.
If you are receiving a fluora plant in Canada, please be on the lookout for an email from [email protected] - there is some additional information we need from you to help with customs.

Hi all,
We got word from Flexport last night that the container is still pending customs clearance, and they hope to delivery early next week. This is pushing our final delivery dates back into the first 2 weeks in February.
We will keep you updated as we learn more!
Hi all,
Wanted to send a quick update. We were expecting to receive the shipment on 1/17, but it has been delayed another couple days in Drayage (essentially the last mile of getting the container off the ship and to our warehouse).
We are now expecting it Friday 1/21/22. We will keep you updated!
I have sent out a notification to lock addresses through Backerkit. Please look at that email and update your address if anything has changed. Please also email me separately if you need to change your address IN ADDITION to changing it in backerkit to make sure we get the change of address right!
